Horrendous billing system, removed my payment plan without prior notification and "claimed" to have it in their backend and to ignore that the portal says my balance is past due. After 2 months of ontime payments they have the audacity to send my balance to external debt collections despite my good standing on payments. Tufts medical center is worse than a hell! This is a teaching school, those residents are not well-educated at all. Please do not sign on the paperwork to let those residents involve into your surgery. Otherwise, the surgery will definitely fail, they put the patient in the dying situation, then afraid that insurance will not pay them. Tufts is good at threatening the patient to leave, meanwhile, threaten the patient's family if they don't agree, then they will be kicked out of the building. Worst billing assistance system, their billing department is not well trained to provide accurate information. They do not have automatic deduction payment plan so they set up for monthly deduction plan and supposed to send monthly statements for payments, but month later I started receiving mails from collection agency. Tufts billing confirm I have no balance under my identity, and advice not to respond to scam like mails. I rarely complain about customer service reps, but I had very frustrating experience trying to set up a patient portal account for my brother today. He was with me while I was on the phone and gave verbal authorization. I was told that this would be enough in order for me to talk to a representative. The first representative was totally incompetent. He kept giving me the wrong access code and even with the volume on my phone turned up all the way, I could not understand him. Asymptomatic Covid positive patient being treated for aneurysms. Placed in a room with an active positive Covid patient with pneumonia, which is highly dangerous for me. The patient was coughing everywhere, especially in the bathroom that I shared with them. Following multiple attempts to change the room, they refused. pneumonia is highly contagious and I just had cancer not too long ago and am in the hospital for aneurysms! No matter the risk they place me at, their response is that their booked. Just not god care!

I had my Covid 19 test on Aug 19 afternoon. With the help of Eric on Friday 8/21, I managed to get the report print out around 6 p.m. Hence, I was able to board my plane on Saturday 8/22 morning at JFK. I really appreciate Eric's willingness and kindness to help me.
