Sent requested paperwork in over a month ago, have been emailing and calling for an appointment and was told that they would reach out in 6-9 months. When asking for a reference to another practice they hung up on me.

I have never felt more respected, heard, and validated by a doctor in my lift than as by Dr. Lu. Dr. Mehta referred me to a barbaric dentist, Rustam Devitre who prophylactically root canals all his tmj patients' teeth, overpreps them, then does a "full mouth reconstruction" creating very short, spinter sized brittle teeth. I underwent all of this, was left in agony (and 100K poorer) and now I'm losing all my teeth. As the other reviewers mentioned, if your treatment goes south, you can be sure they'll blame it on your psychological problems.

They are unable to answer basic questions about what insurance they accept and their treatments - different reps say different things - and have a 6-month waitlist. Try elsewhere.
