It's too bad that you are not hiring American citizens in these tough economic times. Why don't you tell us the real story? We are willing to listen. "His company agreed to plead guilty to harboring illegal immigrants. A judge ordered the company to pay a $150,000 fine and to retain someone approved by the U.S. probation office to ensure compliance with immigration and labor laws." How long does it take for you to make $150,000 ?
Maybe you should get your facts straight before you bash a company like this. If you look at the economy today, it is forcing almost every company out there to downsize to some extent. We have used them several times before, and are very happy with their quality of work and know that they follow by the books when it comes to hiring and benefits. Give them a break....haven't you already put them through enough???
Tufly drywall recently closed down its montana offices, in part due to gross mismanagement and in part due to a guilty plea involving illegal immigrants. All of its montana employees were terminated without any notice, as well as without recieving benefits such as accumulated paid vacations. The quality of work over the years has also continued to spiral downward over the years, as is always common when using illegal work practices.
