Just got off the phone with a very unfriendly Rick who sounds like he hates the world! They do not keep records of what they fix on cars???? What type of business doesn’t keep records on the cars they repair. Do not go there!!!
Amazing service, attention to detail and customized my visit for my needs on my vehicle... Brooke and Necole were very customer oriented and gave great advice with a smile .
Always prompt and courteous service. And incredibly honest. There have been two occasions where they could have charged me a lot more money, and I never would have known. They look out for their customers as a well as their customers autos. You can expect advice to help you maintain your car and avoid mechanics too. Who does that anymore?
Awesome service. There was water leaking out of my air conditioner onto the floor boards in my front seat. I was worried because I’d just purchased this car and thought maybe there was something seriously wrong. I needed an oil change anyway, so I took it to Rick at Tuffy. He said it was a 5 min fix and didn’t charge me anything to fix it. I’m so happy! Thank you.
Came in on Sunday with low tire pressure to be checked out! Service tech brought car in and adjusted all tires appropriately and said Happy Mother's day no charge!! Thanks Tuffy!!
I had a hose that had come loose under my car and stopped by to get it checked out. It turned out to be minor and the service advisor was able to fix it quickly...and wouldn't charge me for it. Very impressed that he seemed to genuinely try to do the right thing. Will be back and would definitely recommend!
