Tuffy's On Fletcher . I v'e been going to this New Location (Fletcher) & Old Location (Fowler Ave ) for over 10 Years. Adam & Nick are always honest about the car & services being done . I never had any problems going to Tuffy's. They do good job on Auto Service. I like this New Fletcher Ave Location !!!! it looks bigger than the Old Fowler Ave location !!!!!!

Stay clear from this place, I went in with a flat tire they told me small hole and patched it, the tire was still loosing air and had another leak they had missed!!! But because I lived an hour away it wasn’t worth driving all the way back, I had to pay for the repair twice plus all the time an inconvenience this caused me, I did speak to them to explain my situation but got no help or reimbursement. Extremely poor quality work.

I had a horrible experience at the Tuffy on Big Bend in Riverview and refused to go back there. Thankfully Nick and the team at this location were able to properly replace my alternator! Nick was great! Honest & respectful. Thanks for going out of your way to fix Big Bend’s mistake. I really appreciate it!!!
so I am quoted $142 labor $110 for the u joints, then they charge $30 for shop material, what a scam , u joints are two pieces you replace by removing 4 bolts , what shop materials the hand cleaner he used to clean his hands, you don't need any materials but your tools, I have replaced a few u joints in my day but as I am to old to get under the truck anymore I guess all you can do is pay , why don't just say hey our labor rate is higher in stead of adding a fee they don't te… See more

Honest and Excellent! I brought my truck in for a tire that appeared to have a puncture in it due to loss of air. However, they could not find any hole after taking my tire off and examining it. After all of the exam was done, they told me that it may be too small of a hole to find (and this is not unusual). I then went to pay the bill and they refused payment because they did not find a hole--even though they spent time taking off the tire and fully examining it.
