I brought my car to Tuffy Quick Lube for a new buyer’s inspection. They told me there was an oil leak, but the inspection itself was very surface-level and not in depth at all, the guy said “I looked at it and it looked like an oil leak” I’m confused why they didn’t get a second person to look and confirm. Because of that, I ended up having to pay again to get the car inspected at a dealership to actually figure out what was actually going on. Terrible- originally had a scheduled alignment earlier this week after getting new tires on my vehicle. When I arrived on time they said they were overbooked and it would be several hours. So I rescheduled for today. I arrived on time, they didn’t get my vehicle on the hoist for 30 minutes after arrival. After what took over 30 minutes they came around and said sure enough, I need an alignment which was the whole reason I was there!
