I came into tuffys about a week ago, I was greeted very kindly, I had an appointment for inspection with my front end as it was vibrating. So I waited as my oil change was also done.... The Mexican counter lady told me there was a lot wrong with my car and I shouldn't drive it like, and that it might not get done for a few days as they were backed up. They were very polite very professional and I figured out what was going on with my vehicle very happy with my service I recommend Tuffy those who have a great payment plan which is also very helpful
