Took my car in a month ago because my check engine light came on, told them the EVAP sensor needed to be changed, and they came back and charged me $172 for a loose battery cable and told me the battery was bad, and I needed new brakes and rotors said nothing about the EVAP sensor! 1 month later, low and behold my check engine light is on again...took my car back to them because they already ran a diagnostic supposedly, and NOW it's the EVAP sensor. A $78 part according to the paperwork from them...and they want to charge me... read more
They were not good. They had what turned out to be a fairly simple fix on my windshield wipers, there was a screw loose. Decided they couldn’t fix it right away on a Saturday afternoon. We were kinda stranded. Left car there. $159 later they didn’t really fix it. Worked about a week. But the $4000 plus in things to fix on my car that they diagnosed they said they would be happy to work on. I went to my local muffler man in south Haven who fixed it for free and it took 30 minutes. Went in for a 1pm appointment oil change and was told it would be 2 hours before completion. I left the vehicle expecting a call after 2 hours, this call never happened. Used a coupon to get the reasonable price.
