If I could give you 100 stars you would have them. As I was driving all of a sudden I heard a very loud noise. After checking to see what was going on. I was a few shakes from being overwhelmed .I had to get it taken care of now. I stopped at Tuffy explained the problem. The man that waited on me, was so kind and made me feel at ease. They checked it let me know what needed to be done and fixed it.I was so impressed and put at ease. Like I said 100 stars for the kind, courteous, interaction.
