Our truck had broken down while pulling a camper 3 hours from home. Every auto shop we called couldn't help for 3-4 days. Tuffy got us in that night, did the work before the end of the workday, and we were on our way. The staff was very kind and helpful.
I'll start by saying the person answering the phone was nice, but I can't stay silent about this. Had my car towed here last Saturday, and I was told they were probably too busy to get to it until Monday which was fine and they were short staffed. I received a call within an hour of it being dropped off that my transmission was totaled and needed a new one and was quoted $6,000. I had a 2 o’clock appointment for repairs. After waiting for over an hour, it was obvious, that I was wasting my time, And they were not going to get me in anytime soon. No update, no apology, just totally ignored. Can’t imagine why anyone would go near this place.
Had a problem with my vehicle and called and talked to Dan. I explained the problem and he listened and gave me some thoughts on what was going on. Later I stopped there and he was so kind and patient in expressing what may be going on. It is the best service I have ever had pertaining to my vehicle. Thank you Dan.
