I had a 2 o’clock appointment for repairs. After waiting for over an hour, it was obvious, that I was wasting my time, And they were not going to get me in anytime soon. No update, no apology, just totally ignored. Can’t imagine why anyone would go near this place.
Had a problem with my vehicle and called and talked to Dan. I explained the problem and he listened and gave me some thoughts on what was going on. Later I stopped there and he was so kind and patient in expressing what may be going on. It is the best service I have ever had pertaining to my vehicle. Thank you Dan.
My Camaro was having issues starting and Jason at Tuffy's and the crew got me in instantly and did a full inspection really appreciate the diligence and care and the on hand readiness. 10/10 recommend and would go to them in the future if needed
