Got my oil changed 8 days ago and they didn’t replace the oil plug crush washer and they left the oil plug loose in general so I’ve been leaking oil this entire time. Called and spoke to someone rude and unhelpful. I’ll find somewhere else to get my oil changed from now on and quit recommending Jlube since the quality and service have obviously declined.
I was assured my vehicle was fixed, even though all the warning lights were still on in my car. The mechanic cleared them and said it would be fine. 12 hours later I broke down 75 miles from home. The worst part was after paying $1000 12 hours earlier, tuffy told me it was most likely an electrical issue and I needed to take it to a dealership. They lied about properly checking out the issue. Fast turnaround, cost breakdown and explanations were easy to view and approve. Great service, will be back for any future needs.
Dropped my ID down my window. Tuffys got me in the fastest and for the cheapest after calling around town. I didn’t get his name but whoever serviced my vehicle was super helpful and got me in and out in no time. Tuffys is very reliable and I will be going back if any other future issues arise.
