So I like to say I really think if you go to any repair shop it will be the same price and especially a dealership and my normal shop that I've been going to Schaumburg automatic for years has changed overtime and new the owner and mechanics back then. Very well that knew the family very, very well. And you and new are vehicles very well so moving onto find a good repair shop closer to home was challenging and so far tuffys been as close to home and I am impressed with the work and able to work with a customer as myself. Went to tuffys today after a few other quotes and could not have been happier. We worked with Scott , he was very knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done quickly. The price was less than all other quotes we received
Extremely pleased with how quickly and efficiently they were able to repair my girlfriend’s 2016 Jeep. We had purchased the vehicle about 3 weeks ago from CarMax, and I had noticed an oil leak from the Oil Filter Housing. CarMax stated they would let us know when we could come back to get that repaired, but when we called to follow up they were backed up. Service was good but price was a little insane. Needed a new windshield wiper fluid pump. I was charged over $400 when the pump is under $50. When I asked for my old part I was told it was supposedly thrown in the dumpster with the oil changing oil. Yeah sure! Next time I'll go to the dealership first! I am positive where I took my vehicle. On Acorn st right behind Ace Hardware. I'm not giving details on here of my vehicle and what would calling you do? Nothing!
