My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Tuffy for at least 5 years. Every time, they've been friendly, informative, and courteous. I just picked up my car after dropping it off without an appointment for a severe coolant problem, and it was fixed within a day and a half. I totally recommend Tuffy. John Schuster.
Tuffy shop continues to show what true customer service looks like. Their hospitality, professionalism, great prices and commitment to quality make them a trusted part of the community. I have a much older car: 2013 Honda, and after new rear brakes it drives like brand new. Proud to support a shop that treats people right.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Wait was not too long. Friendly staff
Without a doubt, John and the team at Tuffy are the best in the business. Knowledgeable, timely, efficient and trustworthy, I recommend this Tuffy to anyone who asks for a recommendation. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here, and six years after first coming in, I continue to have my cars serviced by John and the team.
