I had another awesome experience at Tuffy. I've been there numerous times over the years. They always do great work. Chad helped me this go around with rear brakes/rotors. I also needed a transmission flush and a coolant flush. He got the PDQ guy involved (same owner). They offered the best prices and explained how the two flushes will help my car. I needed new brakes & I stopped by to have my car looked at. I arrived and waited 20 minutes to speak to someone. For part of that time the only front desk worker was on a personal phone call checking about his own car at another shop. (not brake work). I was told they didn't have time to look at it & to return another day. I asked if I could make an appointment & was told to just check back. I checked back the next day & was told they were too busy. At least offer to make an appointment so I can get in. I'll go elsewhere.
Worst customer service ever. I was told "it's not my fault I don't know what you want me to do about it " instead of providing a solution.
I have taken all my cars to Tuffy for over 12 years. They are a professional and personable business. They have very low turnover on employees, so over the years I have dealt with the same mechanics and they know me and my vehicles. I highly recommend this business.
