Good... they are really good about getting your vehicle looked at and if theres anything wrong with it, they give you a free estimate. They are pretty fast about getting you in and out.Bad... way over priced if you ask me, but then of course you are talking to someone who has a family of 3, and only 1 income.

they are awesome! they do great work and treat you like family. I used to go somewhere else but when I couldn't get in there I went to Tuffy. I never went back to my old place.

the personal service and integrity is what I mostly appreciate. they didn't laugh when I described the brake noise. (not out loud at least) and made sure we had a ride. Leland and his team are pretty awesome!

I called Tuffys with what I thought was a transmission problem. Not only did they find my real problem but made a major repair for me in just 3 days which was extremely important to me as I am handicapped and my van is my only mode of transportation and I was unable to get to work. They kept me informed all he way and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to everyone for any of their automotive repair needs

Lol wouldn't even give them 1 star this is the worst place and wouldn't ever go back and would never advise anyone to go there the people that work there are completely rude and disturbing
