I just moved to Texas from Alaska and needed to figure out how to take care of my car in the hot weather, since I'm used to the cold. The people at Car-X were very polite and answered all of my questions in addition to the oil change I needed. They helped me learn how to keep my car in good working order even with hot sand swirling around the undercarriage. Thanks Car-X for going above and beyond!
I was considering buying a used car, but wanted to get it checked out first. So I made an agreement with the seller to have Car-X look it over. They discovered a leak in the oil filter that I hadn't seen, so I asked the seller to pay for the repair before I bought it. I really appreciate their professionalism and courtesy and their trained eye that caught the problem, saving me money down the road. Thanks Car-X!
Terrific service! My husband researched a lot about getting the engine repairs - quality of service, price & speed. They were great and we'll definitely be back.
Still great service. They give you their real advice, not the advice that would make them the most money. They work around your schedule! I voiced my desire to get my brakes replaced the day I called in and with a little shuffling, they were able to get me in and out in a little over an hour!
My brother has been using this shop until his car retired. Not only are the shop employees extremely nice - BUT since I am interested in cars, the manager, walked me through all the repairs on my car, and explained just about everything you could want to know. I definitely will trust this shop with any car repairs in the future, and the prices are more than reasonable. The parts I had replaced, all the prices are reasonable and something I would pay to do repairs myself. Which, you generally will not find.
