Terrible experience.Alaina is the most unprofessional, rude human. Vehicle returned 3 timed for same issue. Latest refuse to correct.i see all the good reviews and notice race..guess it is possible if we were difderent or didnt raise vpice back might have a different outcome. Didnt buy transmission n replace as charged as there is no proof with jasper..now in gands of the state.mgood thing convo was recorded to show how nasty these folks are.
