RecommendedI brought my car to this location after the dealer told me I needed new tires and brakes. Brandon, the Manager, looked at the tires and agreed that I did need new tires however, he said that I had plenty of life left on the brakes. Tuffy at Lewis Center saved me a lot of money while providing great service. I will definitely take all my future business to this location.
I was a long-time customer taking not only my car but my mother's and grandmother's car to Tuffy for repairs. On 12/30/20 I had new brake pads and calipers installed, or so I thought. Without given an option to purchase new brake calipers as opposed to remanufactured brake calipers, Tuffy decided to use remanufactured brake calibers without giving me an option. Brandon at Tuffy was a life saver today. My car broke down while here out of town. Brandon got me in, and was the friendliest, most respective car repair person I’ve had to deal with in a long time. He gave a fair price and did the job while I watched my sons hockey game. If I were local I would definitely be going to this place again.
I'm being lenient by giving two stars. Tuffy Lewis center gives good honest advise. I think I will take the advise of the mechanic, Erik and take my next service somewhere else. When I questioned him about repairs and what he was telling me, he got angry and told me to take my velicle somewhere else. I took my vehicle here for a coolant flush, thermostat replacement and a temp sensor replacement Due to the check engine light on and the p0128 code that it put out. Needed to get some tires and wheel alignment. The manager Brandon Craig made sure I was taken care of and had what I needed. Great service, I will be back.
I've brought my Jeep Wrangler to Tuffy Lewis Center on several occasions. For brakes, inspection of shocks, and most recently because the heat shield above the exhaust had come loose and was rattling. I've been highly impressed with the good work and the low prices. Those are the things that keep me coming back. I highly recommend Tuffy in Lewis Center.
