Dave at Tuffy in Elkhart is a stone cold idiot. I went there to drop off my mother inlaws car for her. After 15 min of lies and bragging about his personal life and achievements I had to go and he refused to shut up. Most annoying guy in the world and tells the most outlandish lies, it's an insult if he thinks you would be stupid enough believe it.
