TERRIBLE ****BEWARE**** PLEASE READ!!! I was in Tuffy on 03/12/2010. There was a loud sound coming from the engine area. They diagnosed my car for having a bad alternator. I spent $180.00 to have an alternator put in. After they replaced the alternator, the sound was still there. I asked the manager, why the sound was still there. He walked out to the mechanic and the mechanic switched his diagnostic by saying its the A/C compressor that was bad.
