Large Spanish man at the counter, who refused to give me his name. Very rude and insulting to me just because I questioned the amount of time he said it would take to change oil and rotate tires. He said that service would take 1.5 hours. Not to mention him including I could wait for 1-1.5 hours before service begins. Even with an appointment. That's 3 hours he's expecting me to wait? This location is trustworthy and would definitely recommend. Trevor and Tom, the store manager, always provode excellent customer service! They truly care, are honest, show your vehicle issues to you, and strive to always do the best job possible. I had an issue today that I heard about from another shop, and Trevor took me in right away to check out my vehicle. Josh and Tom did a great job working on it with quick service.
