I went in for an oil change today. This is really a SAS associated with Tuffy. I chose this location because I experienced poor service from a different oil lube chain. It was also on the way to Walmart. The oil they use is purchased in bulk and a regular/syntetic oil blend. They also did not touch my windshield wipers as requested (I have a cracked windshield and don't want to replace the wipers until the windshield is replaced) and aired up my tires. These guys have been incredibly helpful to me as I've searched for/bought a car. They did two preliminary vehicle inspections for free and talked me through everything. Definitely coming back & recommending to my friends!
The door says open till 6, the website says 5:30... Change your damn door, or at least be courteous to the people who show up at 5:30 expecting you to be open. I shouldn't have to check a website to get the correct closing time.
Thank you guys for taking such great care of my son and his vehicle. Since he has no family in the area we truly appreciate how well the issue was taken care of as well as the service he recieved!
