The people at Tuffy Tire & Auto were amazing! We will definitely come back for anything we need done.
I visited Tuffy’s for a noise under my car and Sean and the team discovered that the issue was simply a heat shield. They promptly fixed it without charging me any extra cost.
They started on my tires right at my appointment time! The whole process took about an hour and a half, the manager Jordan was super nice and chatted with me a bit while I was waiting. They diagnosed an issue with my tie rod and showed me up front what the issue was, they didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me to have them fix it or anything which I appreciated. Overall, it was a really great experience and I even paid less than what I was quoted online!
Road service put my spare on yesterday so I could get home. I wanted that tire repaired and wheel put back on rather than worry about having it stolen out of the bed of my pickup. Open Sunday? I'm in. Awesome service. Great guys. Fixed the tire and checked for any other issues. Answered my questions. Not pushy or rushed. Excellent, excellent service.
