Will never go there again. The guy that works on the cars with a big beard is a complete douche. You don't talk to people in front of customers the way he talked to my child! Mind you I spent $933 last time I was in there.
I've been using Tuffy for my oil changes, tire rotations, A/C repair, and MANY other auto repair services for the past six years and I've yet to be disappointed in their work. The staff is extremely helpful and their prices are beyond competitive. Unlike some other places, I never feel like they are giving me "add-on" services just to run up the price. If the guys say I need to replace something, I know that I should take their recommendation. I can't suggest a better place in Jacksonville for you to trust your car.
Tuffy's on Beach Blvd was recommended to us when we first moved down here 4 years ago and we haven't taken our vehicles anywhere else. The team here is amazing! Their customer service is top notch and they take such good care of us!
These scam artist, gave a price for a simple replacement part for headlight... It seemed fair. When we returned to get th fee car, they more than doubled it. We had them remove the part.. and went on out way. We ordered the part, ($100.00, that includes shipping and handling), and had friends machanic put it in. It took 10 mins and was easy as pie! I woukd never recommend these people.. They truly are just a joke!!!
