It appears to be great product for a concrete roof deck waterproofing in the Seattle area. Adding sand prinklers on top provides a non slippery surface.
We prepared our 39 year old wooden deck as prescribed and applied Dexellent elastomeric deck treatment. That was almost 14 years ago. I DIY everything I possibly can, I was familiar with this type of product, but it has really helped up tremendously. The deck is subjected to annual snowfall exceeding 5 feet and 4 feet of rain.
