Don't buy from these people! We purchased a spa & upon start up it wouldn't heat up so we called customer service which is a joke. It took several days for a service tech to come and tell us that the heater doesn't work! A brand new unit that we never got to use and the heater needs to be replaced! So instead of replacing the spa they order a new heater & say it's under warranty! Under warranty for something that was never used or doesn't work? I have owned my Tuff Spa for 3 years now. It has been great! I have had more expensive spas in the past that gave me nothing but problems. My TT150 has been very dependable. I live in Idaho and use my spa year round. It uses less electricity than expected, (about $10 a month in summer and $30 a month in winter at 100 deg.). I did have a warranty issue, and it was taken care of immediately. I'm very happy over all. I would recommend Tuff Spas to a friend.

01/05/2022 Boise, Idaho area Among other things, the Tuff Spas mission statement claims this: "committed to quality, honestly, great customer service and always remaining easy to do business with," So far, this all appears to be untrue. As to quality, the Spa arrived with damage to the cover and a major leak,10-20 gal daily. The heater goes up to 99, but then as you try to increase it to the recommended 102, the temp. it starts to decrease rather than increase. I wish I could comment on the quality of our spa, but we have been unable to even receive the spa we order in September. Now December and the store in Miramar San Diego has no clue. Passed me off the the corporate office in AZ, and you cannot get anyone to answer or return a call. Checked with Sarah in Miramar a month ago and she said she had on just like the one we ordered and should be delivered in Dec or Jan. That is now not the case and she cannot tell us any status. complete disappointment We bought a tuff spa from Reno NV. Day one it was leaking. according to manual it could be normal condensation from heating. Used the tub 2 days 104 degrees nice, day 3 cold water. After a little dog an pony show finally a repair guy. Hose leak, control panel burned up. Had to get warranty approval, another dog an pony show. (ONGOING) Still no hot water. My suggestion buy from a reputable company in your town that employees repair people in house. Next stop consumer fraud division.
