My power pole cover did not fit because I think I checked the wrong box on the website. I emailed Tuff Skinz about the issue and they promptly got in touch with me, sent the correct one out and I am sending the other back. I've bought their seat covers in the past too. Awesome company, products and customer service. I highly recommend!
I purchased a motor cover during a fun n sun event a year ago. A number started peeling and some fading occurred on rear of motor. I contacted customer service with pictures. I ordered my 1st cover for my 115 Mercury with a aftermarket light on the cowling the cover came in wrong. They were so professional and mailed me out another one before I even had a chance to mail the 1st one back the new cover fits beautifully.
