Love my new shed. I was able to design it on their website and see it rendered before they ever came out to build it. They had the entire thing built before arriving, then only had to assemble it here. Took less than half a day! It was a little more than I expected to pay but it’s definitely been worth it. I ran electricity to it myself for the front and inside lights and even installed a Sonos amp and speakers so we can have music by the firepit! We had an outstanding experience. Theo was in touch with us through every step of the process. He did a great job of making sure we clearly understood exactly what we were ordering, and made some helpful suggestions with some of the minor details. He even walked us through some substantial last minute changes when, after finishing the pad, I realized there wasn't enough room for the door on the side I had originally planned to use.
Tuff Shed’s staff is passionate and very knowledgeable about their top-notch products. Alex at the Tukwila location was especially patient and helpful, and ultimately guided me to the perfect solution. Communication was prompt, friendly and professional, and all promises were kept. I highly recommend buying from this company.
We went with the premier pro tall ranch (20x12) and had it finished inside. We added a Mr. Cool mini split system for AC/heating which is working great for this space. Overall an OK experience, but happy with the results and would recommend. Be warned that if you're planning to build in Seattle, Tuff Shed’s permitting person is not familiar with the size/types of builds that the city of Seattle would allow in a backyard.
