I had some reservations about Tuff Shed - totally unfounded. From the very beginning of my search and selection with Justin until the absolutely flawless installation by the Tuff Shed crew was perfect in every way. Theo Vervilles was very knowledgeable and kindly helped me navigate the design of my shed and answered all of my questions.
I hate this company - I would not recommend them to anyone. I had them build a new 20x24 building in my backyard. The permit technician / “project manager”, Joy, was completely incompetent. Terrible communicator, neglected to prepare us for any of the inspections, basically completely unqualified. Tuff Shed’s sub-contractors that come out to build the actual structure are rushed and have absolutely no ownership over the quality of their work. Tuff Shed builds some great products and Justin at the Tukwila office is outstanding. He took the time to come out to my jobsite and perform a site inspection. Justine is extremely knowledgeable in this industry and he answered all of my questions and goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable with your project and your purchase.
