I had a great experience with Tuff Shed from start to finish. Salesman Elliot was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire purchasing process smooth and straightforward. Installer Alberto did an excellent job as well—he was professional, efficient, and ensured everything was done right. The shed looks fantastic and feels solid. Highly recommend both Elliot and Alberto for their outstanding service!
Tuff shed is impressive but unfortunately I had to deal with Elliot. If you want someone blowing your phone up and being incredibly annoying Elliot is your guy. We made a side deal for Elliot installer to remove my current shed for 500 tuff shed charges 950. When it came time to remove the shed we had to renegotiate his guy wanted 700 we settled at 600. Elliot said that sounds like a good price. The reason I chose this deal over sunrise structures was because of the removal cost the other price was far less with a 10 year wa... read more

I was in the market for a nice shed with the option for an upgrade to a home office/studio. Read about Tuff Sheds on the internet and decided to check out the nearest place in Merrillville. The drive was boring (zero out of four stars to Illinois/Indiana state line). Met up with Elliot who was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate the fact that he printed out the permit requirements for my village and that this was on his radar too. I didn't have to ask for that info. It’s been several years since my Tuff Shedd was installed. Recently, I contacted my sales representative, Elliott, about a sagging pair of shingles. He followed up quickly and very helpfully. Today a Tuff Shedd service tech, Fred, arrived as scheduled and quickly fixed my problem. We’ve been pleased by our Tuff Shedd and the service protection that comes with their products!
