From timely and detailed communication, transparency of pricing, ease of discussing options and scheduling install, support with preparation to get permits, to neat efficient quality installation, both Elliott and Alberto were professional, helpful and friendly. If you need a storage shed there's only one option... Tuff Shed! I previously had a polymer shed in my backyard that fell apart. After doing some research in replacement shed options I settled on Tuff Shed. Elliot took the time to understand my needs and helped me with getting my shed order processed. Alberto and his son installed the shed today, and they did an amazing job. They were done in about 3 hours & I couldn't be happier.

Not only do I get a warranty on my Shed I also get the awesome personalized care from Elliot my sales agent.
