Darren (DJ) was very helpful start to finish on my tuff shed. My shed matches my configured exactly and looks great. The installers did a real nice job. I'm very happy with how my shed purchase and install went.
We really like our shed from Tuff Shed and we're especially pleased with the service we received from DJ through the whole process. DJ was there at the beginning, introducing us to all the options available for the shed, keeping us updated on time-frames and just being very patient with our many questions and requests. After viewing Tuff Shed Milwaukee website and designing our build, we really wanted to see the sheds themselves on display. See for ourselves the quality of the build. Although it was few miles from our home it was well worth the drive. They have a wide variety of sheds on display, unlocked and ready to walk through no pressure sales. Had a 6x10 lean-to installed last month, and the whole process went very well. Initial and follow-up contacts with Darren "DJ" Wenger were detailed and professional, making for an easy ordering process. DJ was especially helpful finding applicable discounts and recommending a nearby business to put in the crushed gravel base for the shed. Installers arrived on time and did an excellent job, despite enduring cold temps and high winds for several hours.
