We were very pleased with DJ , our Sales and Design Consultant. He answered all of our questions, gladly showed us some of the on-site sheds and various options that they can come with. There was no pressure, just great customer service. He told us what was popular and accommodated our own desires. We did like that he could ‘build’ the shed on the computer and printed a copy of what the shed will look like. We are looking forward to getting a new shed installed in perhaps a month or so.

DJ was great when I went to order at the end of May, got what I needed. From there it was downhill... Couple weeks later issues with the permit. Had to keep texting and calling for a week to finally get someone on the phone. Then I went to city hall to deal with it and ended up having the main inspector to my house to work out the issues the first week of July. I immediately reached out and let everyone know the new placement. Weeks passed and crickets... I keep reaching out for updates and nothing. Finally someone contacts ... read more

My husband and I bought a tuff shed through Home Depot. The Home Depot staff that helped us purchase It were phenomenal, but as soon as we had to deal with the tuff shed Associates is where it all went downhill. We had such a hard time getting our delivery scheduled because they didn’t prioritize us since we bought the “display” vs a new shed.
