TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE INSTALL!! Be very carefull with this company! They will do a terrjble unsafe job installing something beyond the expectations of the contract and charge you to fix it properly. They will leave an UNUSABLE structure there for weeks and will NOT follow up with you. They are extremely hard to reach and basically have opted to ignore their mistake and hope it goes away.
