This company is just horrible. I highly recommend hiring someone off the street before requesting any service from Tuff Shed. They placed our shed crooked, they never cut the holes or installed the vents for our shed, but they made sure to charge us for them. We've been requesting extra keys since last year and have YET to receive them. However, for the first time today we received an empty envelope with a hole in it that probably were keys.
