We had a great experience with our 1st Tuff Shed in 2018. It was installed in 1 & 1/2 days with inspections. We moved and once again we needed a shed. In March (2023) we ordered a 12x16 Barn Shed with loft to be installed on a concrete slab. The concrete finished and ready to build on by the end of April. During this time the office worked on getting all documents signed and the permits filed. Then the installation started and there have been nothing but delays because of poor workmanship. They could come out for their warranty appointments and or at least call when they are coming / not coming - I've called them at least 3x now… I like the shed but the shingle fell off and afraid it'll start leaking. I just don't understand -- frustrated

Tuff Shed was the only company I could find in the Tampa area that would not only let us completely customize what we would want in a shed, but also build it from the ground up in our backyard since we had no way to get a pre built shed here. The prices for these sheds are fantastic, in my opinion! From the time I customized our shed online, it was up and ready to be used in just a few days. We are very pleased with the quality of the shed so far and it’s everything we need. Thank you, Tuff Sheds!

I don't ever write a review but this needs to be said so people can be warned. Unreliable, lack of communication, disorganized, the crews that came out below par. I have changed my order several times before the shed was built hoping that it would get done: I wanted a bigger shed, garage door and some other things and nothing got added or taken away. Paint job was awful, they screwed up on many occasions with the floor, tore out my ground rod for electrical and never replaced. I had to call corporate for them to actually cal... read more
