Worst customer service ever I don’t know how to explain everything that went wrong. the only saving grace is I do like the building and the workers that installed it were great. the office on the other hand is absolutely worthless everyone that I dealt with when I purchased my building no longer works there and I can’t get anybody to help me rectify a situation.
Just had my shed put in yesterday. Overall i'm not very satisfied with the quality of the shed that was put in, nor the level of customer service provided by Tuff Shed. 1) The inside looked awful but luckily the gentleman who installed the shed (a contractor, not a tuff shed employee) put a decent amount of effort into cleaning it out. He claimed he hadn't seen them this messy before. 2) The foundation for the shed is made out of metal. The metal has an extreme amount of oxidation....I'm not sure why they'd let it pass thr... read more
