If you order a Tuff Shed do not expect them to keep you informed or show up when scheduled. Ordered shed on 7/1/18, finally got install date for today 8/27/18. Checked via email this morning and was told at 8:01am crew was loading our shed and was scheduled as an all day job. It's now 1:15 pm and the crew still hasn't made if from Louisville to Indianapolis. No response to email or voicemail. Disappointed with Customer Service
Wish I had read reviews before purchasing a shed. Shingles are falling off daily. Only a year old. Customer service is awful. They don’ return phone calls. I was finally put on a repair schedule after I went back to the store. Still waiting for repairs after a no show.
The worse company and support do not buy unless you want a headache. It was a nightmare getting it build, they build it without having a building permit and then to top it off now that they did apply for the building permit because I ask for it there are 500000 things that have to be done, im at the point of wanting them to come get this thing out of my yard.
