Nancy was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although I had previously looked at sheds before walking in the office, she took us outside to provide an explanation of their differences. Her expertise assisted me in making an informed decision that perfectly suited my needs. There was no sense of pressure, and she attentively listened to my preferences regarding customizations. In fact, Nancy made us feel as though we had been long-time friends. It was an exceptional experience! What a delight to work with her!
