Such an amazing place. Staff is more like a family that supports you through your journey. I was never a gym person!!!! And now it is my therapy with a bunch of friends. No JUDGEMENT!!!! Just knowledgeable kindness to help you achieve your goals. Christa is a Guru. Her classes hit different. Mental and physical. All the coaches have their own unique approach but are always on the same page. It is a very special place.
I have attended 2,033 Tuff Girl classes over the last 10 years. From the certified, knowledgeable coaches, to the excellent, science based programming, to the community, there is so much about TG that keeps me coming back.
