Tuff Deck treated my building in the Fall of 2012. The product starting falling off within 18 months. They are not honoring original warranty. They claim to have a 50 year limited warranty and a 5 year 'product warranty'. Mike @ Tuff Decks was notified with detailed pictures of the failed product 4/23/14 and ever since then I have been trying to get in touch with them. It's been almost a year and Mike hasn't made good on 4 separate promises to visit myself or the site to see their failing product. Total waste of $4800
