Went took a tour of the apartment was told it would be perfect for me and my fiance and our two daughters filled 2 applications turned them in and the immediately told ne she couldn't rent due to i have 2 daughters and the apartment would be to small cause it is only made for 3 people but she still took my $40 for a credit check and still told me she refused to rent to me so she's more and likely a nosy slum lord
I have lived at Tudor Oaks Properties in Cannonsburg two different times including 2015-2017 and 2021-2024. I really could not have found a better place to rent for the price, the quietness of the people in other units and the security of living there. I later wished, after the fact on both occasions that I had stayed parked rather than moved. The units are rather small, especially the kitchen, it is very similar to a galley or Gauley kitchen.
