Horrible experience. Had to go up a flight of stairs with heavy luggage, no assistance. Then the room reeked of cigarettes. Carpet was damaged and stained. Beds reeked of sweat, sheets and pillowcases definitely not washed. Found some bed bugs too. Are they paying for the rent too???? Do not come here at all.

Rating systems do not go low enough for this one the entire hotel smells damp it is dirty with broken light fixtures which going off anotyer review from 2023 which specified they were also in room 22 has been broken for 3 years, broken toilet seat, dirty linen. When I phoned to complain when I had to do by the way as this hotel is unattended by staff I was told I would get a call back when a staff member in some call centre had spoken to the team manager, the call never came. Stayed 2 nights, paid $277 which is a great price, but soon figured out why is was so cheap… Upon arrival we had to walk up flights of stairs with heavy luggage. The hallways and rooms smelt horrible, with a scent of the cleaners glen 20 trying to mask the stench. At first glance the room wasn’t horrible. But with a further look you can see the bed sheets were stained, most likely not cleaned. Room and bed looked clean just stayed there and woke up and had alot of bites from bed bugs and also there was alot of people drunks and partying in the hallway and setting off the fire alarm ended up leaving early in the morning with my 1 year old
