We walked in and straight away it was giving off strange vibes. we had to walk our suit case up 4 flights of stairs, and I have a torn ACL not making it easy for disabled people. As we walk into our room there was mould on the wall with rust and smell ofstraight bleach and one of our bed weren’t made so the management people came up and kept giving us creepy looks and as we went to our 2nd room and they walk into no knock or anything so we just straight up left NEVER GOING BACK DO NOT RECOMMEND
Overall it was better than plenty of other places I've stayed. Location was what I needed and the rooms were pretty good. Not a huge fan of the mold on the walls and the Chinese food rubbish in the halls. Plus the stairs were a but of a pain considering an injury I'm dealing with. But overall the rooms were clean (aside from the mold) and the check in and out process was easy to do. Not the safest feeling space and very much gives off hostel accommodation vibes. But I've seen worse in the area and would stay here in a pinch.
Came up for a hockey tournament and stayed over a week. I booked early in the year for the hanbury lodge, I was called and then moved to the tudor lodge and was told it's like for like. How wrong they were, there are no cooking facilities, only a microwave, but one could tell me when the tudor inn actually had in the ways of facilities. I called and asked to get a balcony and was told i could have one. When I checked in I found no balcony. The place was dirty with dirty at the bottom of the fridge.
