The entire Tudor Court apartment is a shambles. After rain, the rook leaked three times. Despite numerous complaints, Gaslight property management did not perform any maintenance work. All walls are saturated with water seepage and require extensive repairs. Where are the building control authorities that certify this structure as suitable for human habitation? It is an old, decrepit building. Cockroaches are pervasive throughout the building.

Hated renting here, only gave them 5 stars because we were given a reward for doing so. Roaches on roaches… maintenance never did anything on time and honestly over priced for what you get.

There were German cockroaches and there was a mouse in my friend’s apartment.

The apartments are indeed pretty spacious and nice. I also like the fact that there’s only few apartments that share the stairwell. However, the building has many drawbacks. First of all, they get insanely hot, and there’s no A/C provided: one has to buy one if not more window units. There’s only one laundry room and, unless you live in the right section, you have to get out of the building and then get back in.
