Once again, Tudor Auto & Truck surpassed my expectations, and believe me, being a customer of theirs for many years, my expectations are, well, very high because of the absolutely superlative service and prices I have experienced within the past! Because of their incredible service and prices, both of my vehicles entrusted within their excellent care shall last longer than I will! I would recommend them over ANY shop, ANYWHERE, ANY time! I find this shop to be efficient, honest and charge a reasonable rate. What more could you want right? They take as long as they take, I haven’t found it excessive. Especially since it’s Alaska and they have to get the parts. Been very happy with them.
I am very excited to write a good review for Tudor Auto & Truck. It's very frustrating when you take your vehicle to a repair shop and they tell you their mechanics aren't qualified to work on your vehicle because they need a diagnostic tool to locate the problem. It's also frustrating when you go to different repair shops and they insist it's the battery or a alternator belt when both are brand new. Chose this shop to replace all 4 brakes and rotors on our Volvo XC90. Dropped it off at 7:30am and was told it’d be done at 2pm. It was finished at 5… but whatever, repairs take a while. I would have given them 4-5 stars if it weren’t for what happened next. Husbands drove car off the lot and heard a rattling noise while driving and especially when hitting bumps.
