My new HAVC install system project started 6/24/25 and ended in 9/25/25, 3 months of waiting and lack of communication from Tudi. Needed to involve the owners to get action and the project moving. They were responsive, one called to discuss my concerns, a plus, he delegated to the residential supervisor. After weeks and months waiting (not all in Tudi control) the HVAC system was installed.
