Great A/C service from Josh today for my routine maintenance. He is a real professional, and took the time to explain his findings and recommendations. The people at TUDI are truly excellent, and this is why we have used them for our home maintenance for over a decade!
I subscribe to Tudi’s residential maintenance service. A technician came on time to do the winter checkup, found the system to be operating well, and replaced a filter . No issues. Then this summer, the fan in the HVAC unit failed. A technician came out on a Sunday evening, ordered the part, and installed it the following Wednesday. Now it seems to work just fine.
Very efficient and professional. Had the part on hand and made the repair in about a half hours time.
Electrical Manager was very knowledgeable regarding work I needed to have completed. He was very professional and gave a thorough breakdown of the quote given.
