I don't write reviews, but oh my, I genuinely feel like I need to warn people. If you're thinking about renting from here... please don't. Christie Rich is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Being direct is one thing, but she seems to have absolutely no filter when speaking to tenants. Some of the things she says and the way she speaks to people genuinely leave me wondering how this is considered acceptable customer service. We've used Tucson's Choice for going on 10 years now! They're wonderful to work with and make the home renting process so easy for their owners. Highly recommend!
This has been the best rental experience I ever had. Fast, smooth, easy, stress-free, hassle-free, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better company to rent from. Unfortunately I had to move, I wish every place was like Tucson's Choice because no one else is the same. Even the owner of the house was very sweet. If I ever had to rent, I'd make sure it's Tucson's Choice because I trust them.
Ladies here are all awesome. Finding a home was hectic as is. They processed things surprisingly fast and are on top of things.
