love my new windows. I love my new windows. Thank you again for your courteous window salesman, Carl, and the gentlemen who installed the windows. They were efficient and did it all in a timely manner, came to work on time, left when they said they would be complete, and cleaned up after themselves. Very Happy with them We've had our windows for about a moth now and we are very happy with them. People walking by comment on them and how they imporve the looks of our place. Knowledgeable Our salesmen, Carl was very knowledgeable and informative. Our installers, Carlos and John, were awesome! They were very polite and great at keeping us informed.
Very Professional Starting with the young man that sold us the windows to the two young men that installed them, all were very professional. They had all the tools and supplies that was needed. When we had questions they took the time to answer each one. When I called the office with questions they young lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. I am very happy! I had two of your workmen here to install my new windows, they were very professional and very hardworking. I saw them take no breaks during 6 1/2 hours of installing my windows, in record breaking heat. They told me many features of the windows and did excellent finishing work including clean up. All around perfect job. I can't thank you enough for the installation of my new windows and sliding glass doors. There is no more noise from the adjacent street, the windows stay clean longer, even with the rain and my allergies are much better in the house becuase of the air tight seals. Outstanding job Thank you all for the outstanding job you did replacing the windows on my son's home. From sales and installation you folks did a great job, Mike and Carlos were very professional in their installation of the new and removal of the old units. I did not have to remind them or tell them to do anything all was done as promised. I wwould not hesitate to recommend you folks to anyone. When the time comes to replace the windows on my primary residence you will be the first ones I call.
