I rented through Tucson Territories for one year, and they were by far the best rental agency I’ve ever worked with. These people are rip offs Rental people refunded $628 Of the deposit$1400. They said air filter, batteries for the alarm system also one sensor missing for the alarm stain on doors, professional clean, and dog scratches. And paint Air filter $5 was new alarm was ours we bought $275 also had it professionally cleaned$320. And I left a new alarm sensor in the drawer and also had it landscaped $200.
