Terrific Maintenance Service – I can't begin to say enough about the maintenance service at Tucson Rental Homes. They acknowledge requests immediately and the issue is taken care of so fast it is almost like you have the only home they service. Very nice – I have to send my regards out to one particular staff member named Jose. He is kind, diligent, and most of all a true gentleman. On the rare occasion of something breaking, Jose always shows up and gets the job done.
Great experience so far. – I've lived with tucson rental homes for over a year and so far so good! I did everything online to move in and it all worked pretty smoothly. I could get help when i needed it but if I wanted to use the website it worked really well. Since I've been here I've had a few calls to the maintenance people and everything has been taken care of right away... my dog dug up a little water line and they fixed it the next day...if I could change anything I wish I could own one instead of pay rent.
Not as awesome as they want you to believe – I have probably writen 15 different reviews on rentals/ real estate, the worse 2 so far, have both been in Tucson in the past year. Impressive website and model homes. Even the real ones are pretty nice, however, they are fake replicas of the model, without all the nice appliance, flooring or cabinets that they claim they have.
