I was pleased that some live person actually answered the phone and not some answering automated system!!!! Ugh I truly can not stand company's with automated systems to answer customer calls. My time is valuable. Leaving a voicemail or always having to go through a robot to get my questions answered is frustrating and RUDE!!

These people have been phenomenal! From the realtor Dennis that listed the house to the office staff like Lori who does all the paperwork. We are coming from out of state and they provided enough detail that we were comfortable enough to go ahead and lease without making the extra trip and paying for extra gas just to see the home. The rent for their properties seem very fair and they are okay with working with people that have less than perfect credit, as long as there's a valid explanation. Yes, they actually listen.
