The staf is very nice and I was seen in a timely manner and the procedure was fast and not painful. I do however have pain daily from the swollen lymph node and have developed permanent vertigo since July so he said after I didn't have cancer I could keep it in my neck. Yes, I know it's not cancer but this is the third docto that has told me I can just keep the tumor in my body when I now have vertigo and pain daily because it's on a nerve so it hurts just to move my mouth. Staff was entirely too lighthearted considering if I am finding out if I have a life-altering diagnosis or not. They did not numb me for my biopsy stating that it would impact the reading of the cells. I relayed this personally to contacts who have had biopsies of their own in the same area- they were shocked I was not numbed. I was told at the pathology lab immediately after the biopsy that results would be ready in 10 minutes. Great Pathology lab! Dr Vinayak was awesome! Very well run office, clean, organized, great front desk and assisting staff. Biopsy was painless and had results in 15 mins. Highly recommend.

Dr. Aboul-Nasr was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during my appointment. He’s kind, does the procedure thoroughly and quickly, and explains everything. The lady who helps with the ultrasound was the best! She had us laughing and is extremely friendly and fun.
