We are almost 3 weeks out with no response from her.... very difficult to reach and did not feel like she was invested in our care.... every time we call her office manger always makes us feel like she is unreachable and when e-mailing her you have to wait at least 4 days... like I said earlier in this review we are on week 3.... very disappointed. ...... response to the doctors comment: that was not my experience... I’ve only had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Thatcher for a short time but she has proved to be resourceful and considerate — she always listens to my concerns and ideas and is competent and confident in her different resources. Every doctor could benefit from being more like Dr. Thatcher

Dr. Thatcher is wonderful!! It makes all the difference in the world to have a doctor that REALLY listens and gets to the root of the problem!
