Absolutely stellar from start to finish. Every single touchpoint was exactly how healthcare should feel: the person who scheduled me on the phone, the reminder call, the receptionist, the person who handled intake/information, the tech, and the doctor. I have been having mammograms for 40 years. I have to say that Alex was the best radiologist I have EVER had the pleasure of having my boobs squished by 🤩. Alex had so much patience with me, AND, with her direction (very kind, not rude, because she has done 100 of these this week) she made it very easy for me (relax your shoulder etc.). Almost anyone can be taught the mechanics of doing a mammogram, but the way someone performs their job, the way a patient is spoken too, the patience they give you… That is what I remember. ... read more

I had a very good experience from the service yesterday. The staff were not only very nice but also incredibly efficient. The entire process, including the check-in for a new patient, took less than 30 minutes, which was highly impressive. In addition, the environment was notably pleasant. The choice of gown color was delightful, the design of the gown was very convenient, and the thoughtful touch of padding the cold imaging surface with a pink foam pad created a uniquely positive experience for me.
