I live next to a Tucson Management, Inc. property, and it's been a constant headache. They attract some seriously inconsiderate tenants. Seven families' worth of cars from just three rentals (one vacant!) are crammed against my living room window, while a row of trash bins sits outside my only bedroom window. Some view. Cars fly in and out of the driveway fast enough to kick up rocks and spook the neighborhood. This could all be fixed with basic rules—park here, trash goes here. It's just common sense and neighborly respect.
I recommend them all the time to people that I do business with Including attorneys. I was referred to them by another client that had multiple properties with them. I wish I found out about this company many years ago because I would have a lot more rentals if I could’ve had them manage them for me. Kat, Jim and Gerald always go above and beyond the call of duty.
