We were lucky and found Tucson Hot Tubs in southern Tucson. Taylor, the owner, was personable, customer oriented and very knowledgeable. We ended up buying a hot tub from him because his prices were reasonable. His "team" who brought our hot tub to Tubac, AZ, was wonderful. These were friendly young men, eager to show us how to work the controls as well as care for the water in the tub. It was a great experience. They care, they have great customer service and we liked their prices.
